No “aha moment” here: This is basic sense, but the tip is really to market to your own list. If you have a list of real-live paying customers, keep up your efforts to market to them. They are already aware of you and offers.

If you have a list of prospects and buyers, market to both, not just your buyers (unless, of course it’s the same product). If you are offering a myriad of items, continue to market to your untested as well as tested names.

It is proven that it is many times more difficult to get a new customer than to keep one. It just takes a little work and a sincere desire to keep the customer. If you’re always just going after “new blood” you’re going to come off as pretty thin in the sincerity department.
