The next and probably the most important team building exercise is the trust exercise. This one is sometimes hard to implement but it can work wonders if it’s done properly. Trust is something that varies from person to person and that’s why it’s sometimes very hard to add to a team building event with a large group of people.
Most team building exercises are simple enough to implement and as long as you cover all these aspects, you should be well on your way to offering a solid team building event.
