Surround yourself with love To put yourself in a loving environment is extremely important as this will affect our emotions. We can accomplish this in plenty of ways. If you can find a way to love something, you can simply put yourself into it, like taking care of stray cats. You will soon find your environment surrounds with love and happiness.

Interact with your neighbours In your daily routines, you will meet your neighbors easily. Sometimes you maybe tired and with bad mood, and it seems hard for you to have some interactions with them. Though, it is hard, making an eye contact with them, or smiling and greeting will be enough already. This simple action will warm you and build good relationship between you and your neighbors. We are always with stress, but still don’t forget to give a simple interaction with them.

Get some exercise Exercise can make oneself happy. You can simply start by enjoying a 20-minute- walk everyday. Endorphins are hormones that can make us happy. When we are doing certain physical activities, they will be released from our brain.

Learn new things that relate to your real interests everyday What subjects would you choose when you are in a bookstore? Endorphins are also released from our brains when we learn something that really attracts us. It is even better if you can apply the things you learn to your work.

Be friends with youngsters It is comfortable to meet people around your age or slightly older. However, you can learn more from people at least a generation younger than you. Interacting with them somehow makes you happier.

Stay your home and yourself clean It is easy to forget how to live clean and stay our bodies clean, although it can be simple. You can be happier by just having a nice shower, washing your clothes and cleaning your own apartment.

Avoid meeting people who make you feel bad The most important tip to be happy is to avoid meeting the person who can make you feel bad. Some jerks around us always make our moods turn bad. They may be pompous, arrogant and condescending. Being with them, it is hard for you to grasp your happiness.

Accept our destiny There are ups and downs in our lives and you will never expect them. Our partner, close friends and relatives leave us and we may be fired by our boss. We cannot control our destiny and what we can do is to accept these unfortunate incidents. We will be a happier person if we can keep going on.
