Not a great way to interview .The title of this video is misleading. It’s quite common an interviewer isnt as tech savvy as the interviewee, so behavior based questions targeting the technical skill set should be asked, candidates should be asked to give examples of past tasks where they have proven to be successful, this gives some idea of how they are as a contributor and if they are a valuable employee. Testing a candidates code doesnt mean a whole lot in this recruiting environment.
