I find this topic very interesting: lets look at the problems with decision making strategies. Sometimes people have problems generating options in making a decision and that might mean theres no visual construct, theres not enough options or choices and they might have an either or choice.

Often we get caught up in a whirlwind of to-do lists, people we have to call, sales to be made, meetings to attend and countless other little details and future commitments that need to be fulfilled without taking time to breathe and focus on the present. Our lives are increasingly busy and require a level of multi-tasking never seen before. By failing to stay present we actually hurt our businesses and by extension our businesses’ future growth and expansion. You will be better able to fight back against the recession by staying present and giving your full attention to the “now.”

As a girl and young woman, Barbara Arrowsmith Young was painfully aware of the limitations in her thinking. Even simple connecting ideas eluded her – analysis and abstract thinking were extremely difficult. Only through repeated reading could she grasp the meaning of a book. Despite some strengths in her thinking, Ms. Young suffered not only in her schoolwork and everyday life, but also from the stigma of the diagnosis that she was learning disabled.

The co-founders of Unity, Charles and Myrtle Fillmore, wanted a place where they could combine all of the ministries of their growing spiritual education movement under one roof.
