Many of the long-established theories of human motivation point towards creating an environment where people feel valued and are recognised. In reality, many organisations (and in sharp contrast to their equality policies) operate a practice of organisational assimilation where everyone is encouraged to do what everyone else does.

Inspiration can strike at odd times when you are driving the kids to school, standing in line at the grocery store, or even while you are taking your morning shower. All of a sudden, an idea comes to you and you know you better write it down because you don’t want to forget it.

What you see over and over today are people jumping right into the “make money online” arena without first preparing. What should be considered is this thing of preparation. You don’t just jump into being a brain surgeon, or a lawyer, or dentist right? The same thing applies with online marketing, you simply must prepare first.
