Stress is inevitable. It is almost everywhere, no doubt about this. In fact stress is not just in any workplace but also in homes. Stress is such a common word associated with work. Each day in the lives of the workers comes some level of stress or fatigue. This is inevitable especially in this fast-paced society that we live in. As we progress, our schedule becomes hectic and our lifestyles are becoming complicated.
